Aspiring England Players in Toton

29/06/2012 - Want to make the England squad? The Euro 2012 competition may have ended for England's men's side but the Women's England squad are currently taking part in their Euro 2013 qualifying matches. In Broxtowe, girls between five and 11 years can start their England ambitions by getting involved in girl's football in Toton.

The new sessions run by Broxtowe Borough Council are the perfect opportunity for girls of all abilities to get involved in an informal enjoyable football session with other girls their age.

Each week the girls will work on their football skills and then play mini matches in a friendly environment.

The hour long sessions will take place every Thursday from 4.15pm until 5.15pm at Manor Farm Recreation Ground, Toton, Nottingham, NG9 6EL. Each session costs £2.00.

Broxtowe Borough Council's sports development team, Broxtowe Sport, work with a variety of different partners including residents, sports people, coaches, volunteers and clubs to improve the quality and range of sports provision in Broxtowe Borough.
