To make a claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit you can download a form by clicking on the link above. Once this has been completed, return it by post to the address given or alternatively, email us your address and we will send you a copy. Please see related documents.
Certain documentation needs to be provided with a Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit application. Original documents are returned, but any copies taken are kept for three months, after which they are confidentially destroyed.
