If you have a problem with your collection service please contact Customer Services.

Assisted Collections

If you are elderly, infirm or registered disabled and unable to move yours bins or bags we can do this for you.

Missed Bins

If you believe your bin has been missed please contact Customer Services. We will return to service your bin the next working day provided it was correctly presented at the appropriate time and there are not other issues such as contamination, lid not closed or excess weight.
