Clinical Waste - Commercial Premises

Commercial premises within the borough have a Duty of Care to arrange for the proper disposal of waste arising from their business using a licensed waste carrier.

The Council along with other private companies are licensed to collect clinical commercial waste.

A charge is made for the collection of clinical waste from commercial premises, please see below for charges.

Guidelines on the use of our service

Prices are inclusive of collection and disposal
Payment must be made in advance
Bags will be delivered when payment has cleared
Receipt of bags must be authorised
A minimum number of 50 bags will need to be purchased
A Waste Transfer Note will need to be signed on an annual basis
This service MUST be authorised by a proprietor, manager or someone else in authority
Bags need to be tied securely and placed for collection outside the premises on the day of collection for 7.00am
