Planning Appeals

You can appeal on following three grounds:
  • If your application has been refused
  • If the Council has not made a decision within the statutory time limit and you have not agreed an extension of time
  • If you do not agree with one or more of the conditions imposed on the permission

Please note that there is no third party right of appeal, so only the applicant can appeal against a decision. For the most up to date information on how to Appeal and the Appeal process in more detail, please click on the link to the Planning Portal website, under the Offsite links.
