Online Building Regulations Application

You can now submit and pay for a Full Plans, Building Notice or Regularisation application through our dedicated online form.

By selecting Building Regulations Application from the right hand side, or by selecting the image above, you will be able to start your online application.

All submissions made will go direct to the Building Control section of Broxtowe Borough Council where they will action your submission.

Saving your Application

The facility is available to allow you to complete the form in small manageable chunks by including a save function should you wish to complete sections of the form at a later date.

If using the save function, a link to enable you to complete the form at a later date will be emailed to the e-mail address supplied. Please ensure that the e-mail address entered is valid. If you have not received an e-mail and the e-mail address you entered was valid please check your junk and/or spam e-mail folders before contacting us.

Please be aware that forms are only saved for a period of 28 days from the time of saving.

Please note that the fee calculation has been made on the basis of the information provided. Your application will be checked by us for the correct payment required. Any subsequent adjustment in fees (either further payment or reimbursement) will need to be made before we can process the application.
