Shopmobility

Beeston Shopmobility is an independent voluntary organisation to operate a scooter hire service to disabled users. Approximately 60 people use the service each week and there are 1,250 registered users. The service provides 12 scooters and three wheelchairs.

Shopmobility loans for a two hour period electric scooters and manual wheelchairs. To use this service which is operational Monday to Saturday 52 weeks a year (excluding bank holidays) there is no joining fee or yearly subscription just a modest £1 charge per usage.

New members are always welcome, simply call into the Shopmobility office or contact Shopmobility direct.
