Safer Workplace, Better Business (SWBB) is a pack for small and medium size businesses to help you comply with the law. The pack guides you through the legislation likely to be relevant to your type of business and help you focus on the risks that really matter in your workplace. It will help you show that you have assessed all aspects of your business and help you to put in place a plan to eliminate the risks. The pack also gives you examples of some records including incident logs which help you demonstrate any action that has been taken.

Whilst we do not want to overwhelm you with paperwork and you may need further assistance and information if you have any specific processes or high-risk activities, this pulls together all the main legislation that is likely to apply to you and even if not relevant, demonstrates that you have considered such issues.
