Domestic Enquiry Form (Householder extensions only)

Please email the completed form to pabc@broxtowe.gov.uk and pay the relevant fee.  You'll receive a written response but this will not be legally binding. 

Certificate of Lawfulness

If you want to be certain that the existing use of a building is lawful for planning purposes or that your proposal does not require planning permission, you can apply for a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) via the Planning Portal.

Other types of development

For all other types of development, including the change of use of building/land, planning permission may be required.
