Following an initial business survey earlier in June, the Council is now seeking insights from every businesses across the Borough to better understand effects that COVID-19 will likely have on their future commercial operations.

These insights will help inform the Council in the preparation of a series of 'business related interventions', which are to be included in a wider COVID-19 Recovery Plan. The Recovery Plan, will constantly evolve over time and using the data collected from businesses, will help the Council facilitate short, medium and long term actions, which will in turn help get businesses ‘back on track’.

This survey is just one avenue of attempting to contact every business in Broxtowe and will be supplemented with other forms of direct communication. Please feel free to share the link this survey to ensure the entire business community’s voice is heard.

Businesses from the high street, retail, office and industrial parks; market traders, to the self-employed and home workers all have the opportunity to shape the Council’s approach to economic recovery, by interacting with this Borough wide consultation.

This survey will remain open until at least 31st July 2020, but may be extended in order to obtain the largest and most valuable dataset, that proportionally represents the entire Broxtowe economy.

If your business needs any immediate help or guidance on getting operational, as a result of COVID-19 and how it affects your business, then please visit www.broxtowe.gov.uk/BusinessCovid19.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
