We want to sincerely thank our daughter Helen and son in law Dave, our son Darran and his partner Jess for doing all of our shopping week after week without fail throughout the lock down period whilst we were shielding owing to age and underlying medical conditions. They still are so doing by their choice. It's with a huge sense of pride and family love that we post this comment. Thank you all.

Thanks to everyone who put up teddies and rainbows in their windows for children to enjoy on local walks: really lifted spirits in some dark times :) (special mention to the lady on Baulk Ln who made her teddy bears wave at us!!)

I would like to thank the ladies from the Love of Scrubs Beeston hub. They have volunteered throughout the pandemic sewing scrubs, laundry bags, headbands and masks for The NHS and essential workers. To date alone our little Beeston community has made over 2000 items, which is amazing. They've been such a supportive and fun group to be a part of and I have very much valued their friendship and so proud of every single one of them.

A huge Thank You to Ruth Raven our for the love of scrubs beeston hub lady. From the start as a store of supplies, distributor, pick up lady. You stuck with it through the change and added more jobs to your list, taking in more items, ordering supplies and even getting your sewing machine out to sew too. You've been a wealth of support, laughs, kindness and caring to us all and we all thank you.
