Remove Me from the Open Register
The Open Register is an extract of the Electoral Register, but is not used for elections. It can be bought by any person, company or organisation and may be used for marketing purposes. Your name and address will be included in the Open Register unless you ask for it to be removed. Removing your details from the Open Register does not affect your right to vote.
To remove your name from the Open Register, please complete the Remove Me From The Open Register Online Form (Opens in a New Window). You will receive a letter to confirm that the Council has received your request.
Each elector requesting to be removed from the Open Register must complete this form separately.
Questions regarding the Open Register should be directed to the Council's Electoral Services team.
