Salary: £39,034 - £40,765 per annum. (Grade 11 with pay enhancement applied)

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to join our ICT Services team. The challenge facing you will be to deliver services across a wide range of business areas supporting a diverse array of applications. Security and standards are key as is the drive to deliver economic, efficient and effective solutions for our customers.

You will have a wide range of experience in managing all aspects of an ICT service. You will have a broad range of high level interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively both in and outside the organisation and having proven experience of creating and maintaining customer relationships. To succeed in this role you must have excellent diagnostic skills and an advanced technical understanding of security, server and network technologies in a modern ICT environment. In addition, you will be responsible for the implementation and operational management of ITIL good practice standards.

You will be educated to degree level and have relevant experience. You must be able to demonstrate how you have managed a team of specialists to deliver ICT services and highly technical projects, both tactical and strategic in nature.

A flexible and strongly customer focused approach that consistently demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude is required; with the ability to communicate clearly with customers in a language they understand is essential.
