Post 1 H629 10.75 hours per week on average over a 3 week rota
Week One: Saturday 7.45am – 1.30pm; Sunday 7.45am – 12.45pm
Week Two: Monday 2.15pm – 8.15pm; Sunday 7.45am – 12.45pm
Week Three: Monday 2.15pm – 8.15pm; Sunday 1.00pm – 5.30pm
Liberty Leisure Limited is a wholly owned Local Authority Trading Company of Broxtowe Borough Council with services including our Sports Development service (Get Active), community events team, three Leisure Centres and the D.H. Lawrence Birthplace museum.
Kimberley is a large leisure centre with two swimming pools, a modern 70 station gym (Technogym), an interactive youth gym, two exercise studios, a cycling studio, training studio and several floodlit 3G football pitches.
About the role
This vital role will involve acting as the first point of contact for visitors to Kimberley Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The post holder will also deal with membership and sales enquiries as well as carry out administrative duties.
Who do we want to work with us?
A friendly and outgoing person who can demonstrate a positive attitude towards customer service and be committed to achieving a high standard of work. Capable of dealing with the members of the public, and ideally have cash handling skills along with good telephone techniques.
The job is based at Kimberley Leisure Centre and the working hours follow a three week rota as indicated above with additional hours available for sickness and holiday cover. The Centre also opens on Bank Holidays.
