Salary: £26,710 - £28,245 per annum - Grade 7. Full time 37 hrs per week permanent post.

Are you interested in getting young people into learning and training opportunities or building new projects to increase economic activity and wellbeing in Broxtowe? 

Perhaps you are taking the first steps working on projects and want to help us deliver a nearly £40 million portfolio of government regeneration grants?

The Economic Development Team is looking for someone with a professional business manner, able to take the initiative, someone who is willing to learn and to take on new project responsibilities.

Ideally you will have some project management experience or be someone who is starting to gain this experience.  

The successful candidate will be tasked with an interesting portfolio of projects and services – looking at site development, transport networks, broadband, retail & town centres, industrial estates, business support, inward investment, tourism, leisure, employability and skills.  

A business related qualification would be ideal but not essential.    A ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work as part of a small team are a must.   If this is you why not apply?  

Broxtowe covers a mixed rural and urban area around the four Nottinghamshire towns of Stapleford, Beeston, Kimberley and Eastwood.
