Salary: £42,564 - £43,985 per annum. plus local government pension scheme.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious property professional with relevant skills and experience to lead our Estates team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RICS qualified surveyor, with great prospects for personal development.

You will manage and support the Estates team in the management of the Council’s non-housing land and property. This includes a major town centre redevelopment scheme, alongside a pipeline of schemes including the delivery of new employment hubs, social housing, leisure centres, and industrial units; and the day to day management of other council-owned land and property. You will work alongside the management of other designated service areas and ensure they receive quality property advice and information.

You should be RICS qualified with experience of property management and possess the ability to lead and motivate a team as well as manage workloads within tight timescales. You should have a high level of communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
