Broxtowe Borough Council is situated in the heart of the East Midlands, only minutes away from the City of Nottingham. The Borough has a diverse range of communities from dynamic city suburbs to historic mining towns and rural villages.
Candidates must successfully undergo the vetting process by Nottinghamshire Police as the role is based within Police Stations.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic enforcement professional with an excellent knowledge of interventions available through the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The candidate we are looking for will have a proven track record of achieving results. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and have previous experience working in partnership with officers from other agencies and internal teams to implement innovative strategies to reduce Anti-Social Behaviour across the Borough.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfil this role and ensure the delivery of the Anti-Social Behaviour and Violence Action Plans.
As a member of the Communities Team you will have an understanding of crime and disorder data sources, be able to use a wide range of software and have an excellent knowledge of “problem solving” and enforcement policies and practices.
