Salary: £17,364 - £17,711 per annum - Grade 2. 37 hours per week. Fixed term 2 years.

An exciting development opportunity has arisen within our HR department for an Apprentice to formally train and develop the skills to become a HR professional within the Learning & Development field.

This job will provide on-the-job training and experience in a Local Government setting, combined with undertaking a formal Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner apprenticeship training course, leading to Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). 20% of your time at work will be allocated to your apprenticeship training.
