TV Comedian Leaves Eastwood Laughing at Festival

31/08/2016 - TV Comedian Rob Rouse will be just one of three fantastic comedy acts to perform in Eastwood next week as part of this year's D.H Lawrence Festival of Culture.

Rob, a regular on TV comedy shows including 8 Out Of Ten Cats, John Bishop's Only Joking, Celebrity Juice, Dave's One Night Stand and The Friday Night Project, will entertain with his ever exuberant comedy set at the Funhouse Comedy Club when it returns to the Phoenix Cue Sports on Mansfield Road on Thursday 8thSeptember. 

Closing the night is the fascinating magician and comedian who has appeared on ITV's Penn and Teller, Alan Hudson, with his modern funky magic. Using his blend of stand up and stunning magic he'll firstly charm you and then with his natural wit, draw you in to his super unnatural world.

Completing the line-up will be the cheeky and friendly Stevie Gray with his boundless energy and mix of news, music and comedy and Steve Goodall who likes to make light of all the dark things in life.

Compere for the night will be Fran Jenking with his dark and interesting take on various topics.
