Liberty Leisure Offers Support for Sports Clubs

27/10/2016 - Broxtowe sports clubs can get help and advice on growing and developing their club thanks to Liberty Leisure's Get Active's Team's Development Evening in Kimberley next month.

The event, on Wednesday 16th November at 6.30pm atKimberley Institute Cricket Club, Newdigate Street, Kimberley, NG16 2NJ will be packed with information and advice on how clubs can develop for the future.

Whether you're a junior club, an unaccredited club or a non-competitive club, there'll be something useful to take away with topics ranging from safeguarding advice to online support as well as a chance to network with other clubs and businesses.

As well as a range of useful resources and presentations, there will also be an opportunity to speak to partners and Liberty Leisure Team members individually with specific questions or issues.

All sports clubs within the Borough are welcome to attend but are kindly requested to inform Liberty Leisure of their attendance.

Sports clubs who participated in the 2015/2016 Club Audit will be sent an invitation. Any other clubs are still welcome to attend but should contact Liberty Leisure Get Active to request an invitation.

Broxtowe Borough Council launched Liberty Leisure on 1st October 2016 as a wholly owned trading company to deliver leisure, culture, sports and events at the heart of the community.
