Broxtowe Car Park Charges and Restrictions To Resume From 6th July

25/06/20 - Car parks across Broxtowe are resuming all regular charges and restrictions from 8am on Monday 6th July, in line with the Government’s easing of lockdown restrictions and the reopening of non-essential shops.

This will ensure space availability in the town centre car parks for shoppers.

Broxtowe Borough Council have put in extra measures to ensure the safety of visitors, as pay machines will be sanitised regularly and there will be floor markings around machines to allow a safe distance. Parking officers will be on duty patrolling the car parks for your safety and security. All other parking restrictions still apply at this time, with further details being found on tariff boards. The Council would like to remind visitors to please always park responsibly.

The Council have also implemented a new pay by phone system when parking in town centres, which will reduce the need to use the Pay and Display machines. This can also be used for your 1 hour of free parking, so please consider downloading the app and registering at in a new window). This will also help shoppers as they can easily extend their parking period if they are stuck in a queue, waiting to get in to a shop.
