New Year, New Opportunities for Stapleford
At the end of 2021 the Executive Board announced the launch of its first project, the Town Centre Recovery Fund.
The Board is urging Stapleford businesses to start getting their applications ready for Monday 10 January 2022, when the online application goes live.
The fund will provide lots of exciting opportunities for businesses on the high street, with £1million of grant support being invested in to the town.
The Board would like to reassure businesses that aren’t currently eligible for the fund, that there will be further opportunities after the financial year, as they will review the fund and look to open to more businesses where possible, once phase 2 of the scheme opens in April 2022. So if you are one of these businesses you can still start your application now.
All guidance and policy information is available on the Broxtowe Borough Council website, to check if your business is currently eligible to apply for the fund visit the Town Centre Recovery webpage.
