Join us for some summer fun as Play Days return to Broxtowe
This year the theme will be around celebrating the King’s Coronation starting at the end of July, join us for a summer packed with fun, arts and crafts, sports activities and much more.
Play Days are a popular feature in the Borough’s annual events calendar and are completely free to attend.
Activities this year include:
- Face painting
- Maypole dancing
- Fair rides*
- Arts and crafts
- Inflatables*
- Puppet shows
- And lots more!
*these may incur a small fee.
This year’s events will run from 12.00pm-4.00pm at:
- Beeston - Friday 28 July, Broadgate Park, NG9 2EF
- Stapleford - Tuesday 1 August, Hickings Lane Recreation Ground, NG9 8PJ
- Eastwood - Thursday 3 August, Coronation Park, NG16 3LQ
- Chilwell - Monday 7 August, Inham Nook Recreation Ground, NG9 4GY
- Kimberley - Wednesday 9 August, Kimberley School Field, NG16 1FB
The events have been supported by Stapleford Town Council and Eastwood Town Council. Special thanks is given to Kimberley School for providing the venue.
There will be free public parking on site except for Beeston, please use town centre car parks.
