Description

So far this year we've hosted two Green Festivals in Broxtowe which were well attended and helped Broxtowe residents to learn invaluable strategies to shrink their carbon footprint. To continue to educate Broxtowe on how to follow the Council's carbon-neutral agenda, we are holding our next Green Festival on Saturday 6th August at Pasture Road Recreation Ground, Stapleford.

The Green Festival is a fantastic way for residents and their families to find out how they can contribute towards the Borough’s climate change agenda. Each event will feature interactive managed stalls showcasing what people are doing locally to tackle climate change and protect our green spaces. Visitors will be able to learn from leading experts about Recycling, Composting, Climate Change, Wild flowers, Biodiversity and so much more! All the events are free to attend.
