Nottingham and District Landlords Forum

East Midlands Property Owners Ltd (EMPO) in partnership with DASH Accreditation are hosting a forum for local Landlords. The forum will provide an opportunity for new landlords to acquaint themselves with what their responsibilities are in providing decent & safe housing across the Nottinghamshire area. Likewise, the forum will assist seasoned landlords in refreshing their knowledge as professional property managers. Based in Nottingham, EMPO is the largest landlords association in the East Midlands covering Nottingham, Derby, Leicester & Lincoln and the surrounding areas. EMPO seeks to promote sound management and acceptable standards of accommodation in the private rented sector. Decent and Safe Homes (DASH) East Midlands is a project funded by the Regional Housing Group via the East Midlands Regional Assembly (EMRA) and is supported by Government Office for the East Midlands. DASH provides low cost, quality training for landlords and local authority officer.
