Amended tier 3 restriction grants – 2nd December 2020 to 15th December 2020

As a result of Nottinghamshire being placed in the amended tier 3 restrictions for 2 weeks from 2nd December 2020, we need to determine the impact on your business by the legislative restrictions announced. In order to enable us to collect the data and assess your eligibility, we have created a short addendum form, which will link to your original claim submitted for the previous tier2, 3 and national restrictions. Once completed, this will enable us to release on-going grant payments whilst we remain in the tier 3 high alert restrictions and government continue to provide relevant funding.
