Have your say on our Public Protection Orders consultation for 2025.

Local Authorities are required to renew or rescind Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) every three years. The Borough Council is consulting on all its existing PSPOs in the Borough in line with legislation without change except the Chilwell Vehicle Nuisance PSPO which it is proposed to extend to cover the Park and Ride site on Stapleford Lane, Toton.
