Application for the re-designation of the Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum
The Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum has submitted an application(.pdf)(92KB)(Opens in New Window) (Opens in a New Window) to ‘re-designate’ the Neighbourhood Forum.
The Forum’s application and supporting documents include the following information:
(a) the name of the proposed Neighbourhood Forum (‘Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum’);
(b) a copy of the written constitution of the proposed Neighbourhood Forum(.pdf)(128KB)(Opens in New Window) (Opens in a New Window);
(c) the name of the neighbourhood area (‘Bramcote Neighbourhood Area’) to which the application relates and a link to a map which identifies the area(.pdf)(412KB)(Opens in New Window) (Opens in a New Window);
(d) the contact details of at least one member of the proposed Neighbourhood Forum to be made public under regulations 9 and 10 - Paul Nathanail (cpnathanail@hotmail.co.uk); and
(e) a statement which explains how the proposed Neighbourhood Forum meets the conditions contained in section 61F(5) of the 1990 Act.

Please note that if the Council makes the decision to re-designate the Neighbourhood Forum, then no other organisation or body may be designated for that neighbourhood area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
The Council is inviting comments on the application to re-designate the Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum for the period until Friday 5th August 2022.
