Authority Monitoring Report
The Monitoring Report is produced once a year and measures the Council's progress towards achieving planning objectives and development within the Borough.
The report includes:
-
progress in producing development plan documents
-
progress in achieving planning policy objectives
-
the provision of new dwellings
-
details of co-operation with other organisations on strategic planning policy issues
It can demonstrate whether priorities need to be re-assessed and may prompt changes to the Local Development Scheme.
