Planning Fees
Most applications will require a fee, there are also fees for pre-application advice.
The Planning Portal fees for planning applications (Opens in a New Window) are set nationally, while fees for pre-application advice (.pdf) (246KB) (Opens in a New Window) (Opens in a New Window) are set by Broxtowe Borough Council.

Planning application fees (Opens in a New Window) will rise from 1st April 2025.
Please note that the Council is not able to process an application unless the appropriate fee has been received.
