Housing Delivery Test
2020-2021 Housing Delivery Test
The latest Housing Delivery Test results were published on 13 February 2020. Broxtowe achieved 87% of the number of homes required, based on delivery between 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19. This triggered the need for the Council to produce another Action Plan to identify further actions to address under delivery.

2019-2020 Housing Delivery Test
The first set of Housing Delivery Test results were published on 19 February 2019. Broxtowe achieved 67% of the number of homes required, based on delivery between 2015-16 and 2017-18. This triggered the need for the Council to produce a Housing Delivery Test Action Plan to identify and address key delivery issues and add a 20% buffer to the five-year housing land supply (which the Council was already doing).
