Greater Nottingham Strategic Plan

The Councils submitted the plan for examination on Monday 22nd December 2025. Further details can be found on the Greater Nottingham Strategic Plan Examination website(Opens in New Window) (Opens in a New Window).

Three Inspectors have been appointed to examine the Plan: 

• G Davies BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI
• U P Han BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI 
• F Bradley BRP (NZ) MRTPI  

As part of the Examination process, hearing sessions will be held as follows: 

• 14-16 July 2026 (with reserve session on 17 July): Broxtowe Council Offices, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1AB  
• 21-23 July 2026 (with reserve session on 24 July): County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP 

The morning session on Tuesday 14^th July will commence at 10.00am. For all other days, morning sessions will commence at 9.30am. Afternoon sessions will commence at 2.00pm.
