Greater Nottingham Strategic Plan
The plan looks at how Greater Nottingham’s longer-term development needs can be met up to 2038 supported by more detailed policies which will be developed in each council’s own individual Local Plan. In July 2020 and February 2021, the Councils carried out a public consultation on the Greater Nottingham Strategic Plan Growth Options document.
The Councils have now prepared a Preferred Approach document, on which comments are invited. The focus of the Preferred Approach is on the amount and distribution of housing and employment development in the area and the location of strategic sites up to 2038.
The consultation document can be viewed and comments submitted using the online consultation portal.
