Grant for Enterprise supports the growth or development of existing micro, small and medium-sized businesses based in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Greater Lincolnshire. The NBV Grant for New Business, supports start-up businesses based in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Greater Lincolnshire. Grants available from £1,000 up to £2,500, the maximum for eligible costs is 25% and minimum project spend has to be £4,000. Digital Growth Programme Grant Scheme
Organisations across Derby City, Derbyshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire can now apply for grants of up to £16,000 to improve their digital capabilities.
Grants of between £2,000 and £16,000 are available to organisations registered to take part in the scheme. The grants are for 40% of the total cost up to the £16,000 maximum and must be match-funded by the applicant organisation for the balance.

Midlands Engine Investment Fund
The Midlands Engine Investment Fund aims to transform the finance landscape for smaller businesses in the Midlands and to realise the region’s potential to achieve economic growth through enterprise. It provides commercially focussed finance through Small Business Loans, Debt Finance, Proof of concept and Equity Finance funds.
Nottinghamshire Economic Development Capital Fund
The Nottinghamshire Economic Development Capital Fund provides capital grants from £20,000 to a maximum of £250,000 to help businesses grow and employ more local people. The Foresight Nottingham Fund
Foresight Group, an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager, has launched the Foresight Nottingham Fund, a £40 million fund looking to invest in high growth businesses with a focus on Nottinghamshire and Nottingham. The Fund is actively looking to invest up to £2m in high-growth businesses already operating in the region as well as those looking to invest in the region.
