Your Health, Your Way is an Integrated Wellbeing Service to help residents of Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham city) get more active, eat healthier, manage their weight, drink less alcohol and stop smoking. They offer realistic and practical support for people to make life long, healthy behaviour changes.

Broxtowe has an abundance of beautiful open spaces, parks and play areas for you to enjoy.

With nearly 50 parks and recreation grounds and 15 designated Local Nature Reserves to choose from, getting back to nature is easy.

There are lots of short and long walks and trails throughout Broxtowe which can take you the length and breadth of the Borough. Some take you along canal paths, to locks, through woodlands, nature sites, sites of special interest, along the River Trent and offer places for a quiet stop and nature-spotting.
