The annual Remembrance Sunday commemorations are a significant event in the Borough’s calendar, which allows us all the opportunity to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Remembrance Sunday will include a full parade and service at the war memorial, followed by a service at Beeston Parish Church for those who wish to join us. Please be aware that whilst road closures will be in place, they are there to facilitate the parade and we kindly ask you not to gather on the road. If you are attending the event as a wheelchair user, please speak to a member of our events team who will be able to guide you to our accessible viewing area. Services and events will also be taking place at other locations across the Borough – please contact your local Town or Parish Council for details.
