Revaluation 2023
Once ratepayers receive a letter they need to go online and submit their up-to-date details (Open in a new window). Ratepayers may not receive a letter immediately, but should look out for it and provide this information as soon as they are able.
The VOA has created resources to help you promote Revaluation 2023 to businesses in your area, including a digital leaflet. If you would like a copy of these or any more information please contact communicationsteam@voa.gov.uk (Opens in a new window).
For ratepayers with multiple properties, such as local authorities, the VOA offers the Valuation Office Rating Contact (VORC) scheme that enables rental information to be submitted in bulk, rather than complete the online form for each individual property. This is efficient and cost effective for both parties. For more information, contact the VORC team on vorc@voa.gov.uk (Opens in a new window).
The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak significantly affected many businesses. This is an opportunity to make sure any changes are reflected in the details the VOA holds on businesses, which local authorities use to calculate business rates.
