TMPSPF - UKSPF Project Delivery and Support Manager
Temporary 14-month post
Are you someone with a track record of success and drive? Do you have experience in project management within a team managing an array of interesting capital and revenue projects? Perhaps you will be someone with a background in business, economics or community development looking to gain more managerial experience?
The successful post holder will have a portfolio of work looking after existing projects and developing new ones up to £1 million in value. We require a self-motivated and target focussed individual. Some knowledge and experience of businesses, skills and enterprise and the ability to get things moving will be your traits. Your experience could also be in either in partnerships or working within a team. Project management, property development or construction knowledge would be useful.
This is a key role in ensuring our 2025/2026 UKSPF projects and programmes achieve financial and physical completion and outputs are met. If you would like to join a highly successful team and lead on economic development initiatives activities, and projects aimed at promoting the health and prosperity of the Borough’s economy this role will be for you.
The previous post holder was a secondee, which worked well and we would welcome a similar arrangement should this prove possible.
