A day of free celebratory activities at Stapleford Library & Learning Centre including: Heritage Display and Exhibition of pictures and newspaper articles of VE Day celebrations over the years from Stapleford and across the county (drop in) Talk from Stapleford and District Local History Society about men from Stapleford who served during the war (3pm) Free street party food and drink available (12-5pm) Community memory display - view and contribute your own memories of VE Day celebrations over the years Book displays related to VE Day to suit all ages and tastes (drop in) Free craft activities for children (drop in)
