Fly a Flag for the Commonwealth
Broxtowe Borough Council will join the 54 countries of the Commonwealth to fly the Commonwealth flag in the Borough, as part of the annual Fly a Flag for the Commonwealth Day.

The Mayor will raise the Commonwealth Flag in Beeston Square to mark Commonwealth Day on 13 March 2023 at 10.00am. A message from the Commonwealth Secretary and a specially written Commonwealth Affirmation will be read out at the ceremony.
