Site Allocations: Issues and Options

In November 2013 the Council consulted on the Issues and Options for the site allocations part 2 of the Broxtowe Local Plan.

In November 2013 the Council consulted on the Issues and Options for the site allocations part 2 of the Broxtowe Local Plan.

Sites need to be allocated to accommodate the development requirements up to 2028 as set out in the Core Strategy.

The consultation consists of a suite of 7 documents separated to cover the settlements specified for development in the Core Strategy (the ‘other rural’ document is included for completeness).

Documents required by Regulation:

The consultation ran from 4th November 2013 until 10th January 2014.
