7th Chamber Tattoos and Piercings
7th Chamber Tattoos and Piercings combine their expert design and craftmanship with a warm and welcoming space on James Street. Piercing artist Laura and tattoo artist Dan put quality and comfort at the forefront of their business, which has led them to become trusted and well loved in the local community.
With a grant of £5,000 from the Kimberley Means Business fund, Laura and Dan were able to upgrade the shop with new displays including a cabinet, pricing display, and jewellery holder, giving the space a more bespoke and complete look.
Part of the grant was also used to create marketing materials such as business cards, price lists and gift vouchers, helping to elevate their brand with a luxury look.
Both have had a long-standing interest in art with Dan once being a popular street artist, following his time studying fine art at university – he now draws all his own tattoo designs from scratch.
Laura first began her piercing business in Southwell after a year honing her skills on an apprenticeship in London. Having always had a passion and keen eye for jewellery and styling, she then decided to join forces with her partner Dan and open 7th Chamber.
Owners Laura and Dan say, "We are so grateful for the grant and the elevation it’s bought to our new business!"
The Kimberley Means Business funding has allowed the duo to refine their studio, elevate their brand and continue to deliver an honest and congenial service which their customers have come to love.
Kimberley Means Business is UK Government funded and is administered by Broxtowe Borough Council in partnership with Kimberley Town Council.
