Beeston Summer Fete
Beeston Summer Fete takes place on Saturday 4 July!
Join us for a vibrant day of celebration as Beeston town centre comes alive with colour, music, food, and fun for the whole family!
The free entry festivities kick off with a lively Carnival Parade bringing rhythm and joy to the streets of Beeston.

What to expect?
Throughout the afternoon, enjoy a packed line-up of entertainment at Broadgate Park, including:
- Live stage performances by Kuma Dance, Nottingham Ukrainian Ensemble, Beeston Players & Ingram Academy of Irish Dance.
- Dog show.
- Beeston's Got Talent
- Cool Science
- Fairground rides and inflatables (small charge may apply).
- Free face painting, drumming, cool science & circus skills workshops.
- African Arts and Crafts
- Hula hoop and balloon workshops
- Local traders and community stalls.
- Friendly competitions.
- Food and drinks.
We encourage residents to walk, cycle or use public transport. If you’re driving, please use the town centre car parks.

We're looking for people to take part in the Parade and Beeston's Got Talent show at this years Summer Fete!
This year’s parade has the theme of ‘We Love Beeston’ so we’re looking for participants to dress up, bring banners, props and that carnival energy to bring our parade to life. Apply to take part by completing the online form. (Opens in a New Window)

Getting to the Event
Residents are encourage to walk, cycle or use public transport to get to our events.
There is no on site event car park at this event, so please use town centre car parks if travelling day car.
Road Closoures
To ensure the safety of our parade participants and visitors, there will be temporary road closures and access restrictions for vehicles during the parade from 11.45am - 12.45pm. Affected roads and junctions are listed below:
- Foster Avenue
- Traffic lights junction at Wollaton Road (B6006) and Station Road
- Beeston High Road
- Side road junctions with the High Road including; Acacia Walk, Union Street, Willoughby Street, City Road, Regent Street, Derby Road, and Villa Street
