Moving house, whether buying or renting, can be a daunting experience for many – Dawn and DG Sales and Lettings pride themselves on being able to provide a tailored, personal service to help their customers feel at ease. Dawn’s almost 30 years of landlord experience means that she can also provide a high level of service to prospective landlords, relieving them of the pressure of managing properties. 

The Kimberley Means Business Fund provided a grant of £3,358 to replace the door and windows in the shop front with more energy efficient alternatives, allowing DG Sales and Lettings to continue to provide competitive rates, as well as to install a new swing sign, highlighting the business’ presence on Main Street. The new installations have also reduced noise from passing traffic on Main Street, providing a quieter, more professional space to host clients.

Joining in 2021 and taking over from David Gardiner in March 2023, Dawn brings a wealth of experience to the business, having previously worked in museum management, pharmaceuticals and banking. Being an experienced landlord also means she can give great reassurance to renter, buyers, and landlords alike.
