Wheatley Projects
With over 30 years business experience in the local community, and since opening their first high street shop in 2010, Wheatley Projects have built up a solid client base, through the delivery of high-quality work.
Thanks to a Kimberley Means Business grant, the company was able to make a range of improvements, including enhancing the retail offering in their shop, and improving their website. The shop front saw new signage, augmenting their presence on Main Street, while inside, the shop gained a sleek new display stand. The new cohesive branding was rounded off with a reworked website, completing a new professional look both online and in the flesh.
Lastly, the grant funding was also used to provide a 0% interest finance offering to customers, helping to make their services more financially accessible by allowing customers to spread the cost of expensive projects.
Growing up in Kimberley, Adrian and Jake have a strong affinity to the town they and their business call home. They have many satisfied customers, having carried out work for many of Kimberley’s fantastic independent businesses over the years.
Now with the help of the Kimberley Means Business grant, Adrian has already seen an upward trend in business.
Co-owner Adrian says, “With thanks to the business grant, it’s helped us to invest in our business & future proof it. One of the biggest investments through the Grant was towards the 0% finance which will hopefully help customers to afford new carpets and flooring in the new year and years to come.”
Kimberley Means Business is UK Government funded and is administered by Broxtowe Borough Council in partnership with Kimberley Town Council.
