What is a Green Festival?

Our Green Festivals are a series of events designed to educate and engage with communities, helping them to make more sustainable choices in their day-to-day lives.

The events are free to attend, and with various stalls managed by local people, small businesses, charities and groups, there are plenty of fun activities for all ages - including arts and crafts, music, local food vendors and games.

Green Festival 2025

Our fourth Green Festival was held on 20 September at Coronation Park, Eastwood and was another huge success with the largest number of stallholders to date and 500 attendees braving the cold wet weather to come along.

Plans for 2026 are underway with the date confirmed as Saturday 19 September, once again at Coronation Park, Eastwood.  More detail will be posted on this page and across all appropriate communication channels when available.
