Housing Engagement
Get Involved
Complete our short online form to let us know how you want to have your say.
Alternatively contact the Housing Engagement Team at housingengagement@broxtowe.gov.uk or on 0115 917 3935.
Methods of Engagement
A range of engagement methods are available for tenants to choose from. These methods will match tenants' areas of interest and the time commitment available. We will ensure that getting involved is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Through engagement with Housing, tenants will be able to develop a range of skills, whether that's gaining more understanding of the service through 'Go Digital' methods; or 'In the Community' developing communication skills and team working skills through being active in their own area; or by joining us to 'Take a Seat' for a more in depth look at services
Tenants engaged with Housing are supported throughout their involvement and are able to access training to assist them in their role, at no cost to themselves.
Upcoming Events
Housing employees attend and organise a number of events within our communities throughout the year. Come along and find out more about services available for all residents, or have a chat with us about your tenancy and/or neighbourhood.
