Statement from the leader regarding attacks in Manchester
03/10/2025 - Statement from the Leader of Broxtowe Borough Council, Councillor Milan Radulovic MBE, on yesterday's attack in Manchester.
We are deeply shocked and saddened by the news of the attack in Manchester. On behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council, our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those affected. We stand in solidarity with all those impacted and thank the emergency services and first responders for their actions.
In Broxtowe, we believe that communities become vibrant thanks to the diversity of the people who live there and the many cultural traditions and events which take place. These should be celebrated, not a place for hate.
