World Mental Health Day
Mental health problems include but are not limited to:

Broxtowe Borough Council is dedicated to supporting those struggling with their mental health and has set up a Mental Health Working Group to develop more ways to provide that support to its employees and its residents.
If you live in Broxtowe and are looking to get active and improve your wellbeing, Mind Nottinghamshire are offering a Broxtowe Fitness programme. They are offering 1-month FREE access to 3 local gyms – Chilwell Olympia, Greasley Sports Hall and Bramcote Leisure Centre. At Bramcote Leisure Centre you will also be able to use the swimming pool and spa facilities too! Exercise is not only great for your physical health – it can also boost your mood and support your mental wellbeing. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to get back on track, this is your chance take steps toward a healthier, happier you.
