Join us at Pippley Cookery School with expert guest baker Steve Daniels (I Like It Bakery) for our Italian Bread Making Class in Nottingham, part of our summer of beautiful breads. This hands-on Italian bread course introduces you to the craft of focaccia and ciabatta bread making, teaching you how to grow, shape, and bake flavour packed loaves from scratch. Roll up your sleeves and dig in as we teach you how to grow your dough. Midday will be a seasonal picnic and cold drinks on the lawn. Then a guided tour of our pantry and kitchen gardens with our head gardener as we are approaching the full bloom of summer. Back to bread making in the afternoon, where you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions. Bagging up your legendary loafs to take home when the day ends around 3pm. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course. These bread making and cooking classes in Nottingham are designed to be welcoming and practical, whether you’re a confident home baker or a complete beginner. Wheelchair friendly site.
