Remembrance Walk for a loved one.

Description

Each year we hold a Remembrance Walk around Attenborough Nature Reserve to remember a loved one. This year it being held on Friday 24th July 2026 at 10am meeting at the noticeboard next to the Visitors Centre. All welcome! The walk is open to everyone wanting to meet people socially that have also lost someone as we walk around the beautiful environment of the Nature Reserve. At the end of the walk, we usually end up in the coffee shop for some relaxing refreshments. This is very much a drop in opportunity so no pre-booking required. If you do attend, please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the outdoors. It would also be recommended that you bring a water bottle to keep hydrated. The walk will include first aiders should it be needed. We are also looking to raise some change for the Samaritans and their excellent work. If you are able to help with any change, it would be appreciated.
